Hey there!

It’s Edmund here and I’m happy to announce my latest and third major installment in my PLRGold franchise! It’s called PLRGold: Blowout.

In case you haven’t sign on to my Advanced Notification List, here is the link to the main website – just fill in your details, follow the steps and you’ll be on my mailing list to get notified:

=> http://PLRGoldBlowout.com/

PLRGold: Blowout is, in a way, celebrating my first HUGE milestone of being in business online for 5 consecutive years. If you ask me back then, I would say, “I never thought I’d come this far!”

But I did. If it weren’t for the support of my family members, my new-found online friends and business associates, and of course not forgetting my loyal customers (you know who you are!)

Here’s how it all started and where I’m leading up to is this…

Believe it or not, my discovery on the Private Label Rights came around by ‘accident’. And then I created the first Private Label Rights (PLRGold) package the same year I started online.

Since then and over the years, my PLRGold products have helped thousands of marketers (about 2,000 and counting) save plenty of precious time and effort from making their own products from scratch.

Many more went on to bank in tens of thousands of dollars. Some were truly phenomenal; hundreds of thousands of dollars. I know my customers personally, and results are EVERYTHING.

Read my PLRGold testimonials here and here.

It’s a BIG satisfaction knowing there’s a problem (called ‘product creation’) and I can help solve it for many people, through my Private Label Rights.

Then in the last couple of years, noticed a popularly rising trend in audio and video products? Up until then, I was just selling E-Books. Then more and more Internet users from around the world have broadband access which means they can download bigger files, like videos.

People absorb information better and faster than just reading. Going middle or high ticket is more possible than ever, and no longer a privilege that once belonged to the 1% top marketers.

And don’t be surprised: even simple Powerpoint-oriented videos have helped some of the top marketers you know bank in millions of dollars! Home study courses built around this format can sell for as high as $497-997 each!

So that got my attention, and my latest products like 8 Profit-Pulling PLR Strategies That Really Work!, Mastery of Words, and List Quad are now a combination of both audio, video and transcripts.

And my latest batch of Private Label Rights are multimedia-oriented. Up until now, I usually release a single multimedia course with PLR on an occasional basis.

But Starting 17th May 2010…

I’m doing something EXTRA SPECIAL.

Instead of the singular PLR multimedia courses I usually release (and they normally sell out fast within days), I’m releasing 10 brand new, never-before-released audio/video series! Each of them are targeted at hot pockets within the Internet Marketing and General Business field, demands that will never die but always thrive.

I’m working with my own team of product developers as I’m writing this, and again I’m getting my trusted partner Elle Wong involved in this project. What I like about Elle is, she’s meticulous with details, got a different set of skills that I don’t, and her insights on business have proved to be invaluable to me. Talk about complementing

And ever since I’ve started working with her, product quality has been going UP UP UP!

Sign up to the Advanced Notification List now by going to the main website:

=> http://PLRGoldBlowout.com/

Through this mailing list I will also keep you posted on the video teasers on this blog and when PLRGold: Blowout is finally launched.

Oh yeah mark this time and date on your calendar too:

17th May 2010, Monday at 8:00 AM Eastern Time

A HEADS UP: Only limited copies of the Private Label Rights licenses to PLRGold: Blowout will be sold, and I suspect this will separate the big market shakers in the making from the rest of the average players.

Here’s To Your Online Marketing Success in 2010!

Now that I have just wrapped up my 7-Day PLR Sale a week ago, I will be conducting my first mentoring program officially! It’s the $100,000 a year Private Label Rights Mentoring & Webinar program.

I have recorded a video explaining the mentoring program here in this link:

=> http://PrivateLabelRightsGold.com/mentoring

Just when I thought I’ve covered everything, here are answers to some more commonly asked questions on my upcoming PLR Mentoring & Webinar program:

Questions & Answers

1. What results can I expect to get out of applying everything I learn from this program?
ANSWER: The objective of this mentoring and webinar program is to give a ‘brain fusion’ with my mentees so they can learn how to convert idle PLR downloads in their hard drive into recurring income machines. To the tune of $100,000 a year. While the focus is on using elements of PLR, I still focus on strengthening the principles in your online business like traffic generation, list building and how to get repeat sales.

2. Who are the speakers?
ANSWER: Unlike most commercialized training webinars, I will be your only main speaker and trainer. This means no Guru #2, Guru #3 and so on. When I say 1-on-1, I mean it.

3. How is the style of the mentoring and webinar going to be conducted in?
ANSWER: The workhorse of the program is in the weekly webinar sessions. There will be a webinar hosted once a week, for 4 consecutive weeks. Students will be given a workbook to download and print, and information to join the conference 1-2 days before the next online session. Students also get 6 months access to me via personal email for mentorship.

4. When is the first webinar session starting?
25th November, Wednesday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. This will go on to be once a week for the next 4 weeks.

5. How do I participate in the webinars?
ANSWER: You can join via connecting to computer (highly recommended so you can see my on-screen presentation and step-by-steps) or using phone (not advisable as can be costly to your phone bills). All webinars are LIVE (not pre-recorded). Each of them will be recorded for your later review or if you miss any live sessions by any chance.

6. I am looking for someone to mentor me in Internet Marketing, but why you Edmund?
ANSWER: Here you go, then I’ll let you decide. In short, I have been marketing online since year 2005. I have made more than 1.5 million dollars since, most of which are PLR-related sales. While I create and sell PLR, a big portion of my income is the result of using other people’s PLR content. To me, competitors are irrelevant. How would you like that to be your daily business scenario?

7. Who is this program suitable for?
ANSWER: Anyone interested in learning how to build their online business using Private Label Rights. If you have purchased and downloaded a lot of PLR content but they’re not making any money for you, I highly recommend you follow my course as I will reveal how they can be converted into set-it-and-forget-it income streams.

8. How much time do I need to put all of this action steps together?
ANSWER: As with starting out in almost anything, expect to put in more of your attention in the first 14-30 days. I don’t want to make any high promises and and I also want to save myself the trouble of attracting the wrong audience. However the good news is that once you have your PLR-based business in place, there is little maintenance and anything else to do except to upscale and expand your online business. (btw I’ve been less than half active in Internet Marketing this year, yet my annual sales is higher than the year before…! Hmmm…)

9. Do I need to be tech-savvy or have experience with business? What else do I need to have?
ANSWER: Basic computer skills is required to get started with. Even if you have zero business experience, don’t fret. That’s exactly what I started on 4 years ago. The most important thing you need to have is the willingness to accept new ideas and put them into application.

10. Cool! Where can I sign up?
ANSWER: Sure, here’s the link –>

http://PrivateLabelRightsGold.com/mentoring

Btw as I’m writing this, the seats are going out fast and so is the early bird price, more urgently. I’m accepting up to 50 people max to kick start my first online class.

Look forward to working with you!

Hey, it’s Edmund here with a quick heads up on the 7 Day Private Label Rights Sale special I’m launching online next week!

You can sign up to my Advanced Notification List to get regular updates and also early access when the PLR Special is about to launch:

==> http://privatelabelrightsgold.com/imcourse

Something to share with you…

We’re almost coming to an end for Year 2009. When I looked back this year, I realized that I’ve been only half as active in the Internet Marketing arena compared to my yesteryears. Yet the income I’ve been enjoying this year is greater…

In spite of the global economic downturn.

In spite of working half as hard as the last 4 years.

I’m not telling you this to brag. I had my own adventure outside the working-from-home style and it’s been a roller coaster ride since. I’ll blog about that some other time.

I owe a lot of my online success and time freedom today to building a solid online business empire in the past few years. The days and nights I’ve been toiling at the computer – from groping in the dark to desperate trial and errors. I remember them as clearly as if it had all happened just yesterday.

I spent a lot of time creating information and digital products to build my bridge to money and time freedom. And hey, it’s SUPER time consuming I tell you. Ask anyone who has created any digital product of his own.

Granted, there are people who can create products overnight (and I’ve done that before) but how often can they put in so much energy? They would just crash and burn.

I started to outsource a lot of my product creation work to freelance ghostwriters later in my online marketing career. But that’s not how I started out in my early days.

If you can relate to any of my challenges when I was just starting out – and you especially hate the idea of writing or creating products – I think you will really like this new PLR package I’m putting into the market next week.

If you have bought any of my previous PLRGold products before then you will know that behind my brand, comes quality.

But the new PLR package I’m releasing soon is going to be, in one word, DIFFERENT.

==> http://privatelabelrightsgold.com/imcourse

In a nutshell, this massive PLR collection is based on proven materials I have used to conduct an online marketing workshop and also my past presentations. It is now revamped, updated and compiled for both online and offline multimedia use so you can:

- put your name as the author and become an instant expert in your own rights!

- edit the contents

- sell and keep 100% of the sales!

- save your time, effort and money from creating your own product from scratch!

- repurpose as membership content, blog content, e-zine content, small reports, articles…

- use to conduct your own offline presentations (if you are a coach or speaker)

- repackage as physical home study course or DVD

- and so much more… this is just the tip of the iceberg on what you can do with my latest PLR package you’ll be seeing in the market soon.

I’ve teamed up with my partner Elle Wong on this one, and she’s the brains behind a lot of the works that went into creating this high quality multimedia course.

Incidentally, this is going to be the last product launch I’m doing for the year.

I think I’ve dropped in a few teasers too many. I’m keeping the rest of the details under the wraps so until launch day, I urge you to sign up to the Advanced Notification List now and be the first to know when the 7 Day PLR Special starts!

==> http://privatelabelrightsgold.com/imcourse

Mark this time and date on your calendar too:

2nd November 2009, Monday at 8:00 AM Eastern Time

Only limited Private Label Rights licenses will be sold, and I suspect this will separate the big market players in the making from the rest of the mediocre.

Here’s to your online marketing success… 2010 and beyond!

Edmund Loh

P.S. If you’re a heavy hitter affiliate, I’d like to have you onboard my latest PLR launch! Email me at edmund@privatelabelrightsgold.com if you’re interested.

The words Private Label Rights are probably not alien to most people who are active within the Internet Marketing arena. But to the uninitiated, I hope this single blog post gives you a clear overview on what Private Label Rights is, in a nutshell.

Private Label Rights (PLR), in Internet Marketing context, means you have the rights to edit a product’s content and put your own name or brand on it.

While the concept of private labeling was introduced to the Internet Marketers just a few years ago, what a lot of people don’t know is that the practice of private labeling has been going on in the brick-and-mortar businesses for a very long time. I suspect way back when the Industrial Age began.

As a consumer, you might not notice it but private labeling is happening everywhere around us. Just walk into a supermarket and you will be seeing various examples of private labeling. You can make comparisons and decide which shampoo brand to buy, but little did you know that each of those shampoo brandmakers got their raw materials from the same manufacturer!

These companies buy raw material from the same manufacturer and then make their own changes – add in fragrance, add in their own ingredients, label a different brand, and sell at different prices. Don’t be surprise if you find that the chickens you’ve been eating from various fast food restaurants would come from the same farm!

In Internet Marketing and Information Product context, investing in ready-made PLR content lets you save time and effort on research and creating your own products from scratch.

Personally, I create, buy and sell Private Label Content. I buy PLR content when I want to save time on researching a product I have little experience with. I also create and sell PLR content to other busy Information Marketers.

You will be surprised to know that even though the Internet Marketers are demanding of “high quality” Private Label Rights, the truth is that when the words “private labeling” or PLR are mentioned in the offline brick-and-mortar businesses, those same words are synonymous with low quality, or poorly perceived value!

Smart companies repackage private labeled products, and I will be talking more about this in another blog post soon. Catch my next blog post in a few days from now as I reveal how some offline companies increase their annual revenue by three times… just using Private Label Rights!

… And not 4, 5 or even 7 for that matter?

1. If you are using sequential follow-up emails to maximize the closing rate for your product, it is recommended and tested that you should use 14 follow-up emails instead of just 7 (the popular school of thought).

2. I was listening to a home study course and the speaker who held a coaching class did a little social experiment. He had every participant in the room stand up and then he asked, “those who have responded to the first email and purchased access to this coaching program, sit down”. Some people in the room sat down.

3. Next, he asked those who responded to the second email and act on the coaching offer to sit down. Again, some more people in the room sat down.

4. The speaker repeated the exercise until the 7th email, and half of the people in the room were still standing!

5. This meant that had he stopped sending follow-up emails on the 7th try, he wouldn’t have been able to close 50% more sales – and this would have cost him.

6. I used to limit myself to only 7 follow-up emails but after picking this up, I beefed up my sequential autoresponder with another 7 more follow-up emails and I set the interval between each emails to be sent on a daily basis right from the time the prospect subscribes to my mailing list.

7. The emails have but only one purpose, which was to push my main product (in this case the 8 Profit-Pulling PLR Strategies digital course).

8. The PLR Xtreme course together with its 14-part email series were created to tap into a market of people who have never heard of me before, and thus I understand it would be more challenging to build trust and prove myself to them. Hence the 14 follow-up emails, each explaining a different aspect of Private Label Rights and how they can learn to turn PLR content into profitable products to sell. The ultimate goal of each email is to, in the end, pre-sell my digital course.

9. Formerly sold as only an E-Book at $10, I revamped the product and turned it into an audio+transcript course, thus price going up to $47. It proved to convert well over 7% as a $10 product. But at $47 and catering to a pool of people who have never heard of me before, it was challenging.

10. After some tweaking on the sales letter throughout time, I started to experience daily sales for the product priced at $47. Not by any means ground breaking but I wouldn’t have done it without the 14 follow-up emails.

11. I also learned that by setting the email sequence to DAILY basis proved to be alright and not annoying to the subscriber, as many Internet Marketers were afraid of. Usually, the less interested would have un-subscribed at a certain point and I would keep strictly the interested ones.

12. While no set formula, these are the types of emails I found to be captivating to the subscribers: case studies, offline-to-online adaptions (e.g. TESCO and WAL-MART using Private Label Rights), and full-account testimonials with results.

13. It is worth speculating whether 21 follow-up emails would do a better job than 14. However I know one thing for sure: having 14 follow-up emails is better than just 7, as many are doing or led to believe! If you’re using sequential follow-up emails to push your products and maximize your sales closing, and you’re using 7 or less emails, I highly recommend pushing up to 14 to close more sales.

1. I wanted to experiment doing an online sale that can be pulled off in a quicker and faster succession compared to doing a full-scale product launch.

2. So I opened my Excel Sheet file where I have jolt down my “idea bucket”. After conducting a quick research by combing through the Main Discussions in the Warrior Forum and the search engines, I went to create an Information Product right away.

3. The product creation process took 2 days. I wasn’t writing an E-Book; I was doing a Multimedia Course.

4. The product I was creating was called Content Creation Secrets, named after the 2 hour presentation I had at the IPASS Seminar last National Day. Judging from the response of over 90 attendance, there’s a hot demand for this priceless skill – and what if you can create content on demand and sell?

5. Since I still have the PowerPoint slides, I did little modification to it and added new pointers. Then I turned on the microphone and fired away. I recorded over 5 different sessions, broken into 5 MP3 audios, in slightly above half an hour.

6. Now my voice isn’t exactly the sexiest but I focused on getting the work done than trying to strive for perfection (which is almost impossible because of the ‘uhhs’ and ‘ahhs’ I do on reflex!) So after the recordings were done, I submitted the MP3 audios to my sister to do the text transcription (omitting the ‘uhhs’ and ‘ahhs’ of course) and correct the grammar where possible. This is where having an in-house virtual assistant pays off.

7. While my sister was working on transcribing the audio, I worked on the sales letter and graphics for the product. I could do both on my own, and in spirit of challenging myself I chose not to outsource them. (besides, I am also working on a big project called Mega Red Packet so all the outsourcing efforts are going there)

8. The sales letter and graphics were done on the same day, and my sister finished the transcription by night time. I re-did the audio by following the printed transcription thus the quality of the audio is better – no stammering, audible mistakes, etc. All of the product creation aspects were taken care of over the weekend i.e. 2 days.

9. Day 3: I wrote the main sales letter that sells the Private Label Rights to the full-blown Multimedia Course. I kept one license for myself so I can sell it to the end-users at a later date, but for this round I wanted to release the Private Label Rights to my members and subscribers, who are mostly resellers and offline publishers themselves.

10. Next, I did a short video explaining the offer in 8 minutes. This is where having Camtasia Studio 6 comes in handy. I did the video, uploaded it onto YouTube and embedded the video on the parent sales letter, near the bottom of the headline. (SIDENOTE: have to keep the video under 10 minutes to be accepted by YouTube)

11. I didn’t sell the product right away. Since I didn’t plan for this to be a big launch (and I don’t want too many competitors by the time I sell this for myself to the end-users) I broadcast an email to my AMLOH Joint Venture Partners at AMLOH-Central.com to tell them about my upcoming Private Label Rights (PLR) Sale and if any of them were interested in taking part in promoting the 72 hour sale with me, I would send them the full info – their promotion link, promotion email and complimentary access to the product. I had also set a date for the PLR Sale to go live and expire in 3 days.

12. Since I still had some time left before the PLR Sale day, I added a One Time Offer quickly and priced it at $27.00. I was thinking that since I was going the customers in, might as well give them a shot at the One Time Offer and see how many of them would snap it up. I know one thing for sure: if I didn’t add the OTO I will never make more.

13. On the sale day, the order links went live on the sales page and I alerted my 9 JV Partners to start promoting the PLR Sale to their members and subscribers on their mailing list. I promoted to my own list too simultaneously. Other marketing mediums include Twitter and FaceBook. A follow up on all of these mediums was done the next day.

14. PLR to the product was priced affordable i.e. $47.00. Sales letter converted at 4.3%, probably thanks to the video I embedded. One Time Offer did its conversion at around 30%, meaning every 3 in 10 customers would also purchase the OTO.

15. Altogether, the PLR Sale made a total of $7,315.00 in 3 days. I was my own biggest seller, and the JV Partners made $2,312.50 leaving the admin (me) with $5,002.50 in gross profit. I suspect that if I had tried to sell purely on my own I would only have made slightly above $3,000. Still not bad for 3 days of product creation and set up, and the 72 hour profit was equivalent to 12 month’s pay in my previous office boy job.

16. Not to mention production cost was $0.00. I already had JVManager1, mailing list, hosting & domain, payment processors (PayPal, 2CheckOut), Camtasia Studio, PowerPoint, Word and PDF converter, and many others available, and they have already been paid for themselves along time ago. Thus it didn’t cost me a dime in the process to create the Multimedia Course.

17. I had done a similar 72 Hour Sale in September last year, and that brought in $4,241 in sales within 3 days. The $3,000 in increase in this sale is owed to having more JV Partners (the last one I had only 4), and this time product was multi-format (MP3 and transcript which sells better than just purely E-Books).

18. I have reserved myself a copy of the PLR license to my own product, which means I can still continue selling it to the end-users, thus will create another on-going income stream.

19. Oh, and did I mention that I did all these without leaving home?
