I did this without the aid of keyword research. I gauged the demand based on the speaking experience I had, though for most times I don't rely on keyword research itself. There are many demands and niches out there that keyword research cannot gauge accurately. (case in point, there are only 18 searches daily for "private label rights" but I know there's more money than it appears to be, that can be made there) @Sheng Loong
