Edmund -

Thank you for sharing this interview summary, there are some golden nuggets here. As I read this it is the end of October and I have the benefit of hindsight to view the wisdom in your thoughts on the economy and how to properly position ourselves as marketers in this economy.

Personally, I have found the present economic environment has made it possible for me to help a greater number of people establish Internet based businesses of their own. It is all a matter of ones perspective.

I appreciate this post!

Edmund, thanks for your contribution.

As you probably know, Feb 1st was the last days of interviews for this 2 months project. There are now 74 in the mix. Yours was certainly a great addition.

The rest are posted at the same project website for free until Feb 13th in case you want to toss up a blog mention as an update.

With appreciation,

Rob Toth

@Eve Cheong Yeah I know it can tad frustrating because when starting out, it's overwhelming. When I am picking up a new skill, I can again identify a lot with learning new things. It's still, simply a matter of discipline: accept only the important and filter the less urgent information. :)

@Nathan Denton Haha, me too. :) I can be a contrarian at times but if it makes sense. When recession hits, there are sectors that will be affected (and I really sympathize a lot with the people involved in them) but I sometimes wonder why people from areas not affected should worry as much. Again, must be the doom and gloom they kept saying on TV.

Recession proof businesses. I like the sound of that! Let's hope those 6 figure pay days keep on coming. I've always been a person who likes to follow a contrarian viewpoint (when the world is panicking and fearfull I am bouyant and optimistic.

Good word Edmund, this is very true especially when we begin as newbies. We tend to look everywhere for direction...
